Return Process

1. Fill Out the Return Form

Please complete the return form included in your original shipment accurately and completely.

2. Return the Product in Its Original Packaging

The product must be returned unused, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging without any damage.

⚠️ Important: The packaging must remain completely intact. Products with damaged, torn, or altered packaging will not be eligible for return.

3. Ship the Product via Courier

You may send your return free of charge using Yurtiçi Kargo, with the information provided below:
